  1. Are scratched lenses covered?

    We're sorry but scratched lenses are not covered under warranty. We can replace non-prescription Julbo sunglass lenses for you as long as we still have them available. 

    We have lenses available for purchase for popular styles on our Spare Parts page. 

  2. How long will it take to get my Julbo's back from repair or warranty?

    Generally, turnaround time is 2-6 weeks. We will do our best to get your repair done quickly, but during busy periods it could take a little longer. We appreciate your patience. 

  3. How much will it cost to repair my Julbos?
    All you are responsible for is the postage to get your sunglasses to us if it is a warranty issue.  If it is not a warranty issue, every repair is different and repair costs will vary. We only charge for parts, not for labor or the cost of shipping them back to ... Read more

    Yes! If you feel like you are not up to the task, you can send your sunglasses to us for repair.

  7. How do I tell the difference between pre and post 2017 Vermont temple arms?
    We changed the frame design in 2017 so that it folds down better and shortened the temple arms. So on the newer version the frame sticks out like an L.
